CLIVE, Iowa — A northwest Iowa man has won a $100,000 lottery prize.
Dean Jurrens of Hawarden won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Money" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Quick Corner, 901 10th St. in Hawarden, and claimed his prize Tuesday at the lottery's Storm Lake regional office.
