CLIVE, Iowa — A central Iowa man has won a $10,000 lottery prize.
Mark Wagaman of Waukee won the big prize playing the Iowa Lottery's "Ruby Red Crossword" scratch game. He bought his winning ticket at Casey's, 3501 E. 14th St. in Des Moines, and claimed his prize Thursday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
