CLIVE, Iowa — An eastern Iowa man has won a $500,000 lottery prize.
Bradley Miller of Iowa City won the 11th top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Mega Bucks" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 1720 Waterfront Drive in Iowa City, and claimed his prize Friday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
