CLIVE, Iowa — An Ida County man has won a $100,000 lottery prize.
James Teague of Holstein won the first top prize in the Iowa Lottery's new “Instant Jackpot” scratch game. Teague purchased his winning ticket at Cenex, 400 Moorhead Ave. in Ida Grove, and claimed his prize Jan. 23 at the lottery's Storm Lake regional office.
