IN LOTTERY'S "PINBALL" SCRATCH GAME

Kerry Garrow Wins Last Top Prize of $50,000

DES MOINES, Iowa – A Clinton County woman won the last top prize of $50,000 playing the "Pinball" instant-scratch game.

Kerry Garrow, a Grand Mound resident, claimed her prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. She purchased her winning ticket at USA Food and Gas, 2293 U.S. Highway 30 in Grand Mound.

Pinball was a $5 double-play game with an instant-scratch game on the front and a pull-tab game on the back. The overall odds of winning in the game were 1 in 3.85.

Since the Iowa Lottery's inception in 1985, its players have won more than $2.2 billion in prizes while more than $1.1 billion has been raised for state programs.
