DES MOINES, Iowa – An East Dubuque, Ill. man picked up a "Flying Aces" scratch ticket while traveling through Iowa and won a $10,000 lottery prize.

Gary Cripe claimed his prize Tuesday, September 8, at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids. He purchased his winning ticket at Expresso Convenience Store, 748 W. Main St. in Lansing.
