DES MOINES, Iowa – A Milford man won the top prize of $10,000
playing the lottery's "Roll 'Em" instant-scratch game.

at Jowaco Depot, 1025 Okoboji Ave. in Milford.

billion has been awarded in prizes and nearly $1.2 billion has
been raised for state programs. |
