Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the promotion?
Nonwinning $5 JACKPOT PARTY® scratch tickets and nonwinning $10 JACKPOT PARTY Progressive InstaPlay
tickets are both eligible for the promotion. You can enter any nonwinning ticket in either game purchased since the game went on sale.
Do I have to enter BOTH a JACKPOT PARTY scratch ticket and a JACKPOT PARTY Progressive InstaPlay ticket to enter?
No, you can enter with a nonwinning ticket from either game.
Concert Ticket Prize Package
How do I make the hotel reservations if I win a concert ticket package?
You'll receive a certificate for your hotel room with a code you need to give to the hotel to make the reservation. You will be
responsible for supplying a valid credit card upon hotel check-in. NOTE: Hotel rooms are double occupancy for a specific night(s)
stay at that location.
How do I receive the concert tickets if I win a concert ticket package?
You'll receive your tickets when you claim your prize in person at Lottery headquarters; or after your claim documents have
been processed, your tickets will be shipped via UPS.
Is there a cash option for the concert ticket prize packages in the promotion?
No, the winners of JACKPOT PARTY promotion concert ticket prize packages may not elect to take cash instead of the prize
or exchange prizes.
Are concert ticket prize packages transferrable?
Concert ticket package prizes will be awarded to the winners as drawn and posted on the Iowa Lottery website. Valid ID is required
to claim a prize package (see the promotion rules PDF for more details). Use

are automatically entered into the JACKPOT PARTY Grand Prize Drawing.
What's included in the Grand Prize, Plan Your Own Party package?
The grand prize package is an all-cash, $10,000 prize before required state and federal taxes are withheld.
