CLIVE, Iowa - A Mahaska County man has won a $250,000 lottery prize.
Kevin Blake of Oskaloosa won the 10th top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "$250,000 Extreme Cash" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Oskaloosa Watering Hole, 1911 17th Ave. E. in Oskaloosa, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
