CLIVE, Iowa - A Knoxville woman has won a $30,000 lottery prize.
Chelsea McDonough won the big prize playing the Iowa Lottery's "$300,000 Platinum Cash" scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 1201 E. Main St. in Knoxville, and claimed her prize Tuesday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
Smith won the 17th of 42 prizes of $30,000 in the game.
