CLIVE, Iowa — A Florida man has won a $250,000 Iowa Lottery prize on a ticket he purchased in Howard County.

Charles Tyson of Ocala, Fla., won the 13th top prize in the "Aces High" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 14046 45th St. in Lime Springs, and claimed his prize on Friday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
