CLIVE, Iowa — A southeast Iowa woman has won a $100,000 lottery prize.
Valencia Kassmeyer of West Point won the first top prize in the Iowa Lottery's new "25X" scratch game. She bought her winning ticket at MOD Convenience Store, 1531 Ave. H in Fort Madison, and claimed her prize Thursday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
