What is the Prize Zone?
Prize Zone is a virtual club where the fun never stops, and there's always something new and exciting happening! It's a special part of the
VIP Club that'll make the VIP experience even "VIP-i-er"!
What prizes can I win in the Prize Zone?
VIP Club members can enter ongoing Prize Zone promotions for cash, technology, Lottery tickets, gift cards and experiential prizes.
Which tickets can I use to enter Prize Zone promotions?
Eligible tickets for entry into Prize Zone promotions will vary, and not all tickets are eligible.
How can I get more information about upcoming Prize Zone promotions?
Check the Prize Zone page for more information. Be sure to check back often
to see what's coming up so you can save the designated tickets to enter.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Winners will be notified by the email that they use for their VIP Club account.
Prize Zone: Grand Slam
Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the promotion?
Nonwinning $1 Baseball (game #702) scratch tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Can I enter my Baseball scratch ticket more than once?
No, each nonwinning ticket will receive only one entry in the category drawing.
Will I get to choose the baseball game that I want to win tickets for?
Yes, players will select the available baseball game of their choice when they enter each individual scratch ticket in the Grand Slam promotion.
The available baseball games are:
- Quad Cities River Bandits vs. Cedar Rapids Kernels (July 25, 2024)
- Cedar Rapids Kernels vs. Great Lakes Loons (July 30, 2024)

Will Iowa Lottery staff be at the games?
Yes! Look for the Iowa Lottery tent outside of each of the ballparks at the games where we will be selling lottery tickets. You'll also be able to spin our prize wheel to win swag items.
How do I receive my prize?
Tickets and spending money will be provided to the verified winner prior to the baseball game by way of mailed tickets, or an electronic transfer of digital tickets.

Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the promotion?
Nonwinning $10 LUCK (game #690) scratch tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Can I win multiple prizes?
A player may only win one (1) concert prize package per concert date and only one (1) finalist spot for the game show. However, if a player enters into other concerts on
separate dates, they may receive those prizes if drawn as the winner.
Will I get to choose the concert that I want to win tickets for?
Yes, players will select the available outdoor concert of their choice when they enter each individual scratch ticket in the LUCK Summer Music Series promotion.

Prize Zone: Ultimate Art Experience
Which tickets are eligible?
Nonwinning Pocket Change (game #692) scratch tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
What is included in the Ultimate Art Experiences prize package?
Ten (10) winners will receive:
- $1,000 in Art Bucks for art purchases at the Des Moines Arts Festival, June 28-30, 2024
- Hotel night stay for Saturday, June 29, 2024 aatt a downtown Des Moines hotel with parking
- Two (2) Iowa Lottery Lounge seats for the June 29 concert at the Des Moines Arts Festival and VIP parking
- Meet and Greet with the band (band to be announced in early May)

Can I change the date of my hotel stay?
No, the booked hotel room at the Surety Hotel is only for the night of Sat. June 29, 2024.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Winners will be notified by the email that they use for their VIP Club account and prizes must be claimed by 4:00 p.m. June 11, 2024.

Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the Prize Zone for this promotion?
Nonwinning $10 Luck scratch tickets (game #690) are eligible for entry in this promotion.
No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion. Players will select either the Jack Trice Club prize package or
the VIP Experience prize package when they enter their ticket.
What is included in the George Strait and Chris Stapleton Concert prize packages?
The Jack Trice Club Prize Package valued at $1,736.84 includes two George Strait, Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town concert seats on May 25, 2024 at
Jack Trice Stadium™ with complimentary food, water and soda in the club, one parking pass and the required state taxes paid on behalf of the winner.
The VIP Experience Prize Package valued at $4,210.53 includes two George Strait, Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town concert seats on May 25, 2024 at
Jack Trice Stadium™ in a premium location, one VIP Parking Pass with pre-show food, water and soda, two exclusive tour merchandise items, and the required state
taxes paid on behalf of the winner.
Where is the concert being held?
The George Strait and Chris Stapleton with Little Big Town concert will be at Jack Trice Stadium, 1732 S. 4th St in Ames, Iowa on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
How do I receive the concert tickets and parking pass if I win a concert prize package?
Concert tickets and parking passes will be provided to the verified winner prior to the show by way of mailed tickets, or electronic transfer of digital tickets.
How long do I have to get my tickets entered?
You can enter the George Strait Concert from 9:00 a.m. Monday, February 12, 2024 until 8:59 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2024.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Winners will be notified by the email that they use for their VIP Club account and prizes must be claimed by 4:00 p.m. May 2, 2024.
I can't find the number I need to enter from the front of my ticket. Can you help?
Be sure to scratch off all of the scratch material in the play area on the front of the ticket to uncover the 10-digit number you need. For the $10 LUCK ticket, it is
located at the bottom of the play area. If you're having trouble finding the code, contact us and we'll be glad to help.
I'm getting an error that my ticket number is not valid. What should I do?
There are a few things we ask people to do when this occurs:
- Be sure the ticket is not a winner. If the ticket is a winner, it will come up as invalid.
- Double-check the numbers you are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in.
- If you are not sure which numbers to enter, check the "scratch ticket example" link on the "Enter Drawings" page within the VIP Club.
