Which tickets are eligible for the promotion and when can they be entered?
Only nonwinning Living Lucky with Luke Combs scratch tickets are eligible for entry beginning at 10 a.m. on March 7 through 9:59 a.m. on June 20, 2023.
Each eligible ticket counts as one entry.
How do I enter the promotion?
If your Living Lucky with Luke Combs ticket isn't an instant winner, log into your VIP Club account with the Iowa Lottery LotteryPlus mobile app, choose the
"Living Lucky with Luke Combs" button and scan the ticket. Or, you can log into your VIP Club account at ialottery.com, choose the
"Living Lucky with Luke Combs" button, and enter the promotion with the entry number (located on the front of the ticket) and the ticket number
(located on the back of the ticket above the bar code).
Can I enter winning Living Lucky with Luke Combs tickets in the promotion?
Only nonwinning tickets are eligible to be entered.
Can I enter tickets from any other scratch games in the promotion?
Tickets in any games other than Living Lucky with Luke Combs are ineligible.
Do I need to keep my scratch ticket after I enter it?
Once you have successfully entered your ticket, you do not need to keep it to be eligible to win in the promotion.

Each VIP Nashville experience for 2 - valued at more than $20,000 - includes:

- One Iowa trip winner is guaranteed to win $10,000

What’s NOT included in the Living Lucky with Luke Combs Nashville trip prize packages?
The trip packages do not include insurance, baggage fees, parking or transportation to the Des Moines airport.
Which taxes are paid for the winners?
Required state and federal withholding taxes are paid on the value of the prize package for the winner. The winners
are responsible for all other taxes that may be due or owing.
Is there a cash equivalent for the Luke Combs Nashville trip prize packages?
There is no cash equivalent option for the trip packages.
Can I win more than one prize in the promotion?
You can win only one Luke Combs Nashville trip prize.
Claiming the Trip Prize
Are the Luke Combs Nashville trip prize packages transferrable?
Trip packages will be awarded only to the winners as drawn and posted on the Iowa Lottery website. Valid ID is required to claim a trip prize package (see the
promotion rules PDF
for more details). A winner can request to designate a proxy to travel to the event. If that request is made prior to the booking deadline, there will be no additional cost.
If the request is made after the booking deadline and a change is imposed for changing arrangements, the winner will be responsible for paying the additional costs.
Are there restrictions on the ages of the winner and guest?
Trip package winners must be at least 21 years old, and guests must be at least 18 years old.
If I am a trip prize package winner, how do I receive my prize?
If you are drawn as a winner, you'll receive an email with details on how to claim your prize. Winners must claim their prize within 10 days after the drawing
date either in person at a Lottery Region Office, by mail to Iowa Lottery headquarters or electronically with DocuSign.
If I am a trip prize package winner, what is the procedure for making reservations at the Nashville hotel and for the flights, etc.?
After winners have completed their claim documents, they will receive a certificate with the vendor contact information for booking their flight and other trip details.
