Eligible Tickets and Entry
Which tickets are eligible for the promotion and when can they be entered?
Powerball® tickets purchased in Iowa on or after May 1, 2023, are eligible for entry during the promotion period of 10 a.m. on May 1 through 9:59 a.m.

During what period of time does my ticket have to be purchased to be eligible to enter in the promotion
To be eligible for entry in this promotion, Powerball tickets must have been purchased on or after Monday, May 1, 2023.
If I've bought a Powerball ticket in Iowa, does that mean I'm automatically entered in the promotion?
No. You need to log in to your VIP Club account and enter the ticket into the promotion to have a chance to win a VIP Knoxville Race package.
Can I enter winning Powerball tickets in the promotion?
Yes, winning and nonwinning Powerball tickets are eligible to be entered.
If my ticket has multiple plays on it, will that count as more than one entry into the promotion?
No. Each physical ticket entered counts as one entry into the promotion, regardless of the number of plays on it, or the number of Powerball drawings for which the ticket is eligible.
Do I need to keep my Powerball ticket after I enter it?
No, you do not have to keep your ticket to be eligible to win in the promotion. However, be sure to check all of your Powerball tickets to see if they've won a prize in the
Monday, Wednesday or Saturday drawing for which you bought them!
Can I enter tickets from any other lotto games in the promotion?
Tickets in any games other than Powerball are not eligible
Promotion Prizes
Which prize am I eligible to win when I enter my Powerball ticket in the promotion?
When you enter before 10 a.m. on May 23, your entry will be eligible to win your choice of a VIP World of Outlaws prize package for June 9 or June 10 at Knoxville Raceway.
We'll draw 10 winners on May 24 for tickets to each night's races. If your entry is not drawn as a winner in the May 24 drawings, it will remain eligible for the VIP Knoxville
Nationals prize package described below.
The VIP Knoxville World of Outlaws Prize Package, valued at $515:
- Two VIP Suite tickets to the Friday, June 9 OR Saturday, June 10 Knoxville World of Outlaws races, one parking pass, food, soda and water in the suite
- Meet & greet, trailer tour and autograph opportunity with 2022 Knoxville Track 410 Champion, Brian Brown
- Brian Brown 1/18th Autographed Diecast Car plus a $50 merchandise voucher
- Pit passes and private garage tour of Knoxville Raceway
- Access to Victory Lane post-race
- $150 in spending cash
Also, entries made before 10 am on July 5 will be eligible to win a VIP Knoxville Nationals prize package for Aug. 10 AND a semifinalist entry into the
NASCAR® Powerball Playoff drawings. We'll draw 20 winners of this package on July 6.
The VIP Knoxville Nationals Prize Package, valued at $1,229.47:
- Two VIP Suite tickets to the Knoxville Nationals qualifying race on Aug. 10, one parking pass, food, soda and water in the suite
- Meet & greet and autograph opportunity with 2022 Knoxville Track 410 Champion, Brian Brown

**The 20 Iowa winners will be our state's qualifiers in the Multi-State Lottery's NASCAR® Powerball Playoff elimination drawing on Aug. 12 from among
all participating lotteries' winners. In that drawing, 16 semifinalists will be selected to advance to the next set of elimination drawings

What are the NASCAR® Powerball Playoff Drawings?
The Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) will conduct the series of NASCAR® Powerball Playoff elimination round drawings Aug. 12 – Oct. 11 to determine the four finalists
who will win a VIP Trip to the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race Nov. 5, 2023, at the Phoenix Raceway in Arizona. MUSL will also conduct the mechanical machine ball
drawing for the $1 million winner and three winners of $10,000 live during the Nov. 5 race event.
The 20 winners drawn by the Iowa Lottery on July 6 will be qualifiers in the Multi-State Lottery's NASCAR® Powerball Playoff elimination drawing on Aug. 12 from
among all participating lotteries' qualifiers. In that drawing, 16 semifinalists will be chosen to advance to the next set of elimination drawings. See the chart below for complete
