You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
How to Enter
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member.
2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. Download the LotteryPlus app from Google Play or the App Store.
3. SCAN your tickets. After logging in to your VIP Club account, choose the "Enter Drawings" tab and "The Most Win-derful Time of the Year"
button, use your mobile device’s camera to enter by scanning the square bar codes at the bottom of your ticket.
- OR MANUALLY ENTER ON A WEB BROWSER. Choose the "Enter Here" button on the promotion page,
log into your VIP Club account, then click the "The Most Win-derful Time of the Year" Promotion image and enter the required ticket information.
Which tickets are eligible for the promotion?
Scratch tickets:
Doughman Doubler;
Crossword Gold;
Holiday Luck X20;
Holiday Cash;
Merry Money
InstaPlay tickets:
Merry Money Match;
Warm Wishes
Nonwinning holiday scratch or InstaPlay tickets that have not been previously entered into the promotion are eligible for entry. No other
Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Do I need to keep my ticket after I enter it?
You do not have to keep your ticket to be eligible to win a promotion prize.
I’m manually entering my ticket number but it’s not working, can you help?

Can I win multiple prizes?
Each nonwinning scratch or InstaPlay ticket counts as one (1) entry. If a player has multiple entries in either entry period, they could win
one cash prize per draw date. If a player is drawn multiple times for the same draw date, the higher value cash prize will be awarded.
Do my entries from the first drawing roll into the second drawing?
Yes, any entries not selected as winners in the drawing on Dec. 9 will be eligible and automatically roll into the drawing on Jan. 7.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Results will be posted to the website and mobile app. Winners will be notified by the email address that they used for their VIP Club account.
How do I claim my prize if I’ve won?
Winners will need to fill out an Iowa Lottery Claim Form, W9 and submit a government-issued photo ID for verification. The prize winners
for our drawings will be sent a notification email to their VIP Club email address from an official lottery email with special instructions
for claiming their prize with these details.
Will I have to pay taxes on the prize if I win?
The Iowa Lottery will withhold all state and federal taxes as may be required by law.
