CLIVE, Iowa — A Linn County man has won a $10,000 lottery prize.
Steve Lawrence of Marion won the third top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Ruby 6s" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 4035 Mount Vernon Road SE in Cedar Rapids, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
