CLIVE, Iowa — A Black Hawk County man has won a $100,000 lottery prize.
Donald Mast of Washburn won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Ruby Mine" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Cork's Grocery, 1956 Lafayette St. in Waterloo, and claimed his prize Friday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
