CLIVE, Iowa — An Ottumwa man has won a $50,000 lottery prize.
Jeffrey Box won the first top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Fab 4" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at BP, 444 E. Main St. in Agency, and claimed his prize Friday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
