CLIVE, Iowa - A Humboldt County man is the first player to win a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's newest scratch game.
Brian McCullough of Livermore won $100,000 playing the "X the Money" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Fastway, 501 3rd Ave.in Livermore. McCullough claimed his prize Friday at the Iowa Lottery's regional office in Storm Lake.
