CLIVE, Iowa — An Illinois man has won a $20,000 Iowa Lottery prize on a ticket he purchased in Lee County.
Steve Rogers Jr. of Warsaw, Ill., won a top prize in the "Cash Blast" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh, 3001 Main St. in Keokuk, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids.
