CLIVE, Iowa - A Sioux City man has won the first top prize in one of the Iowa Lottery's newest scratch games.

Gerald Kelley won a $30,000 prize playing "Blackjack." He purchased his winning ticket at Anthon Mini Mart, 101 W. Main St. in Anthon, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's regional office in Storm Lake.

Blackjack is a $3 scratch game that features nine top prizes of $30,000 and overall odds of 1 in 3.61. VIP Club members should make sure to save nonwinning Blackjack tickets, which can be used to enter an upcoming promotion.
