CLIVE, Iowa - An eastern Iowa man has won a $100,000 lottery prize.
Jake West of Blue Grass won the fifth top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "LUCK" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at BP, 235 N. Oak Lane in Blue Grass, and claimed his prize Tuesday at the lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids.
