CLIVE, Iowa — A northeast Iowa man has won a $30,000 lottery prize.
John Jordon of Waukon won the 69th top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "$30,000 Crossword" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Kwik Star, 1101 Montgomery St. in Decorah, and claimed his prize Tuesday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
