CLIVE, Iowa — A Minnesota man has won a $50,000 Iowa Lottery prize on a ticket he purchased in Bettendorf.
Federico Coronilla Quintero of Apple Valley, Minn., won the first top prize in the "9s in a Line" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Kwik Star, 1001 Utica Ridge Place in Bettendorf, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
