CLIVE, Iowa — A Mitchell County man has won a $300,000 lottery prize.
John Haley of Osage won the final top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Ruby Red Crossword" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 309 Main St. in Osage, and claimed his prize Wednesday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
