CLIVE, Iowa — A Newton woman has won a $20,000 lottery prize.
Dakota Stuhr won a top prize in the "$100 Stacked" scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Kwik Star, 1910 First Ave. E. in Newton, and claimed her prize Tuesday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
