How to Win Your Share of Over $1 Million!

2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google
Play Store or Apple App Store.
3. SCAN NONWINNING HOLIDAY SCRATCH OR INSTAPLAY TICKETS. Using the app, log into your VIP Club account, choose the "Enter Drawings" tab, then the
"Cash Prizes are Coming to Town" button. For Scratch tickets, scan the square bar code in the "Scratch 2 Cash" area; for InstaPlay tickets,
scan one of the square bar codes on the bottom of the ticket, then click Submit.
4. OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the holiday scratch or InstaPlay ticket numbers in the promotion at ialottery.com. Choose the "Enter Here" button above and log in
to the VIP Club. Then choose the "Cash Prizes are Coming to Town" promotion and enter the required ticket information.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The eligible tickets for the entire promotion, including the $250,000 grand prize drawing, are these scratch tickets: Winter Winnings, Money Gift, Snowfall, ELF, Merry Mint Money, Tree-Mendous Crossword, Shiny & Bright and
these InstaPlay tickets: ELF and Reindeer Riches.
- The eligible tickets for the $100,000 ELF second chance drawing prize are the ELF scratch ticket and the ELF InstaPlay ticket.
- Each eligible ticket = one (1) entry in the promotion.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
