Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the promotion?
Nonwinning Cyclone scratch tickets (game #711) that have not previously been entered into a promotion are eligible for entry. No other Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Do I need to keep my scratch ticket after I enter it?
No, you do not have to keep your ticket to be eligible to win in the promotion.
Can I win this prize if I already won a prize package from the Cyclone™ Football promotion?
If you received a prize in the Cyclone Football promotion and were not a winner of the first Dublin prize package, you will be eligible to win the Dublin Your Luck prize package.
What is included in the Dublin Your Luck second chance drawing for Iowa State vs. Kansas State in Dublin, Ireland?
Prize package ($25,492.96 value) will be awarded to one (1) winner for the Iowa State Cyclone season opener on August 23, 2025 game at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland will include:
- Two (2) game tickets
- Five-night stay at The Morgan Hotel Dublin
- Round-trip airfare from Des Moines International Airport
- $5,000 spending money (paid via check)
- Travel Package Inclusions
• Exclusive Iowa State Welcome Experience
• Dublin attraction ticket for sightseeing

- 5% state required income tax withholding and 24% federal required income tax withholding paid on the value of the prize
How is the winner notified if they have won?
The winner will be notified by the email that they used for their VIP Club account.
Is there a cash option for the football ticket prize package?
No, there is no all-cash option.
Does my guest need to be 21 years of age or older?
No, there is no age restriction for guests.
How will I receive my prize?
The Dublin, Ireland Experience prize package will be coordinated with Cyclone Sports Properties, with more information to come in 2025.
How do I become eligible to enter tickets in this promotion?
To enter, individuals must be current members or join the Iowa Lottery VIP Club. Members must log into their VIP Club account, either at ialottery.com or through the LotteryPlus mobile app.

How often can I enter the promotion?
You can make 40 ticket submissions per day. After midnight your account will reset, and you can enter more tickets at that time.
I'm getting an error that my ticket number is not valid. What should I do?
There are a few things we ask people to do when this occurs:
- Be sure the sure the ticket is not a winner. If the ticket is a winner, it will come up as invalid.
- If you entered the ticket in a previous promotion, it is not eligible for entry in this promotion.
- Double-check the numbers you are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in.
