Participating state lotteries, including Iowa Lottery, will submit preliminary players to be entered as a semi-finalist in the national NASCAR Powerball Playoff promotion. Entering here is your chance
to get in! The next round will happen at the national level where 16 semi-finalists will advance. There are five total drawings with the last four finalists advancing to win a VIP trip to the
NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race™ at Phoenix Raceway® in Avondale, AZ for their shot at the $1 million top prize. More details can be found here.

3. SCAN WINNING OR NONWINNING POWERBALL DOUBLE PLAY SCRATCH TICKETS. After logging in to your VIP Club account in the app, and choosing the "Enter Drawings" tab and "NASCAR Race Weekend"
button, you can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning any of the square bar codes on an Iowa Powerball Double Play ticket purchased on or after March 20, 2025.
OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the winning or nonwinning Powerball Double Play ticket number in the promotion. Choose the "Enter Here" button above and log into the VIP Club,
then click the "NASCAR Race Weekend" button to enter the required ticket information.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The eligible tickets are winning or nonwinning Powerball Double Play tickets that were purchased on or after March 20, 2025.
You can enter multiple tickets in the promotion, but you can only win one race weekend prize package.- Entries in multiple prize categories could result in winning a race weekend prize package and the semifinalist prize package.
