Which tickets are eligible for the promotion?
Nonwinning PAC-MAN (#741) scratch tickets are eligible for entry. No other Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Do I need to keep my scratch ticket after I enter it?
No, you do not have to keep your PAC-MAN ticket to be eligible to win in the promotion.
Can I win multiple prizes?
A player could win one prize package for each drawing they enter, but can only win one prize per entry. A player could win a $15,000 cash prize and the grand prize.
How is the winner notified if they have won?
The winner will be notified by the email that they used for their VIP Club account.
How do I claim my prize?
Claim documents can be completed in person at an Iowa Lottery region office or via the Iowa Lottery's electronic claim process.
How will I receive the PAC-MAN arcade package if I win?
Iowa Lottery will coordinate with our trusted vendor partner, Pollard Banknote to provide delivery of the PAC-MAN arcade prize package to the winner at no additional cost.
How do I become eligible to enter tickets in this promotion?
To enter, individuals must be current members or join the Iowa Lottery VIP Club. Members must log into their VIP Club account, either at ialottery.com or through the LotteryPlus mobile app.

How often can I enter the promotion?
You can make 40 ticket submissions per day. After midnight your account will reset, and you can enter more tickets at that time.
I'm getting an error that my ticket number is not valid. What should I do?
There are a few things we ask people to do when this occurs:
- Be sure the sure the ticket is not a winner. If the ticket is a winner, it will come up as invalid.
- Double-check the numbers you are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in.
