One (1) IA Lottery VIP Club™ member will be awarded two (2) Grandstand seat tickets for the Rod Stewart concert on August 14, 2026 at the Iowa State Fair,
one (1) parking pass, and two (2) fair admission tickets.
The Rod Stewart Pop-up Contest is available to VIP Club members who click on the “Enter” button in their exclusive contest email sent from the Iowa
Lottery on Friday, July 10, 2026. The contest entry ends at 8:59 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026. Only one entry per member. A member can win only one prize.
No purchase is necessary to enter this pop-up contest.
To participate, an entrant must be an IA Lottery VIP Club member and reside in Iowa. The pop-up contest winners’ names will be posted when
available.
POP-UP CONTEST WINNER PRIZE CLAIM: Winner must complete the Iowa Lottery Winner Claim Form, Federal Form W-9 and provide a government-issued photo ID to the Iowa Lottery before 4 p.m. July 27, 2026.
