CLIVE, Iowa - A central Iowa man has won a $30,000 lottery prize.

Phillip Struthers of Norwalk won the fifth prize of $30,000 in the Iowa Lottery's "Premiere" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go, 2991 Sunset Drive in Norwalk, and claimed his prize Thursday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
