on June 20, 2024 where the Lottery will announce the 20 Iowa Lottery semi-finalists for the national NASCAR Powerball Playoff™ promotion.
The Multi-State Lottery Association will hold the drawings for the NASCAR Powerball Playoff series of elimination drawings. On September 1, 2024 the 16 national semi-finalists
will be announced from the national pool of entries. The 4 Finalists that will win the VIP Trip to the NASCAR Championship Race Weekend at the Phoenix Raceway®, November 8 – 11, 2024
where the final drawing will be broadcast live during the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race™ on November 10 will announce the winner of $1 Million!
How to Get Your Chance to Win a Race Package
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member. You must be a member to enter this promotion.
2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google
Play Store or the Apple App Store.
3. SCAN POWERBALL with DOUBLE PLAY TICKETS. After logging in to your VIP Club account in the app, and choosing the
"Enter Drawings" tab and "Experience NASCAR in Iowa" button, you can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning any of the square bar codes on
an Iowa Powerball with Double Play ticket purchased February 18 or after.
4. OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the eligible Powerball with Double Play ticket number in the promotion. Choose the "Enter Here" button above and log into the VIP Club,
then click the "Experience NASCAR in Iowa" button to enter the required ticket information.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- One $3 or more Powerball with Double Play ticket = 1 entry, no matter how many plays are on the ticket.
- Entry begins February 27 at 10 a.m. and ends at 9:59 a.m. on June 19.
- Both winning and nonwinning Iowa Powerball with Double Play tickets purchased on or after February 18 are eligible for entry.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
