CLIVE, Iowa — A Sioux City woman has won a $300,000 lottery prize.

Gardenia Balmaceda won the seventh top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Premiere" scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Bailey's Convenience, 1203 Tri View Ave. in Sioux City, and claimed her prize Wednesday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
