CLIVE, Iowa — A Quad Cities woman has won a $500,000 lottery prize.
Debora Dunn of Bettendorf won the second top prize in the "Mega Bucks" scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Kwik Star, 3510 Belmont Road in Bettendorf, and claimed her prize Monday at Iowa Lottery headquarters in Clive.
