tap the "Dublin Your Luck" button. You can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning the "scratch to cash" area of the eligible scratch ticket and hit submit.
OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the nonwinning Cyclone scratch ticket numbers in the promotion. Choose the "Enter Here" button
above and log into the VIP Club, then click the "Dublin Your Luck" button to enter the required ticket information.
