CLIVE, Iowa — An Allamakee County man has won a $10,000 Iowa Lottery prize, his second big win in three years.
Ward Williams of Harpers Ferry won his latest big prize on a "Lucky 7 Bonus" scratch ticket he bought at Kwik Star, 905 Short St. in Decorah. He claimed his prize Thursday at the lottery's regional office in Cedar Rapids.
Williams previously won a prize of $13,322.30 in 2022, from an InstaPlay game. He purchased that ticket at a retailer in Harpers Ferry.
