CLIVE, Iowa — A Tama County man has won a $50,000 lottery prize.
Matthew Schmitz of Dysart won the third top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Wild Card" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Bobby's Grocery & BBQ, 305 Crisman St. in Dysart, and claimed his prize Tuesday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
