CLIVE, Iowa — An Illinois woman has won a $20,000 prize on an Iowa Lottery ticket she purchased in Dubuque.
Katie Hyde of East Dubuque, Ill., won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "$20,000 Holiday Crossword" scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh, 300 S. Locust St. in Dubuque, and claimed her prize Wednesday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
