CLIVE, Iowa — A Plymouth County man said he's eyeing a new pickup truck after he won a $100,000 lottery prize.

Scott Kehoe of Hinton won the first top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Beat the Heat" scratch game, which began sales in June. He bought his winning ticket at Leeds Food & Fuel, 4004 Floyd Blvd. in Sioux City, and claimed his prize Thursday at lottery headquarters in Clive.
